To update your contact details or upload your photo, ID or any other documentation required for your Season Pass, go to our website and click on the Log In button on the top right of the homepage. Use your email and password to log in, or choose one of the social media buttons instead.
Once logged in, this button should now say Profile. Click on it again and choose My Profile. From here you can change your email address, postal address or phone number, and click on the upload buttons under your photo icon or ID to upload your documents.
A pass photo should be front-facing head shot in which nothing is obscuring the pass holder's face, e.g. a hat/goggles/sunglasses. If your photo/ID is unsuitable, you will receive an email which explains why we need a different one.
