All Life Pass and current Season Pass holders have been issued Buddy Passes for the year, so if you have a user account for mtruapehu.com, you should see these while logged in under Profile>My Vouchers.
Some guests have been unable to view their vouchers because their user account profile and Season or Life Pass profile aren't linked. Our system matches profiles using your first name, last name and date of birth, so when you create a user account for our website with your email address or social media profile, your details need to exactly match the name and date of birth on your pass profile. For example, if the name on your pass is Joseph Bloggs, do not create a user account using the name Joe Bloggs. Always double-check you have entered your date of birth correctly. You'll know your user account matches your pass profile if you can see your 2019 and 2020 online purchase history in My Purchases, and a My Friends section which includes a list of any family members or friends you've previously purchased for.
If you have a Life Pass (or a 2020 Season Pass), a user account which matches your pass profile, and you still can't see any vouchers in your profile, please contact our team to let us know by submitting a support request <<here>> and we will be able to add them manually for you.
