Our Guest Relations teams handle Lost Property on the mountain. If you believe you have left a personal item at either Whakapapa or Tūroa, please get in touch with us <<here>>. You must include the following:
- Which ski area
- What the item is, e.g. mobile phone, clothing
- A detailed description, including colour, brand, size where applicable
- Where you last had the item
Once we have received this information from you, we will be in touch! In most cases, we can hold the item at the ski area until your next visit, or arrange delivery at your cost.
