Our Guest Service teams handle Lost Property at Whakapapa and Turoa so pop in and see them if you on the mountain. However, if you have noticed an item is missing after you have departed you are able to submit a request for help <<here>>. You must include the following:
- Which ski area
- What the item is, e.g. mobile phone, clothing
- A detailed description, including colour, brand, size where applicable
- Where you last had the item
Once we have received this information from you, we will be in touch! In most cases, we can hold the item at the ski area until your next visit, or arrange delivery at your cost.
