Prior to Covid-19 Alert Level 4, our Customer Relations team had begun the process of batch printing and mailing Season & Platinum Passes. Since Alert Level 2 we have been able to return to the office and have now started this process again.
If your Snow Card does not arrive prior to the 2020 winter season, you will be able to collect this upon arrival to the mountain; you must bring a valid ID to collect your Snow Card. Please ensure we have an up to date photo and contact details on your mtruapehu.com profile.
Remember if you already have a Mt Ruapehu Snow Card from a previous year, you will not be sent anything in the mail and will not need to collect a new card; your existing card has been automatically reloaded with your 2020 season pass. If you have multiple cards or are otherwise unsure what the number should be, you can check your Snow Card number in your mtruapehu.com profile.
In the case of Platinum Pass holders, you will be sent a new card for access to the premium parking areas, regardless of whether you had one last year. The Season Pass component of your Platinum pass will be loaded on to your existing card or sent to you in the mail, as per other Season Pass holders' cards.
Feel free to contact our Customer Relations team <<here>> if there are any issues or specific questions related to your Season Pass or Snow Card.
