Our ‘on-mountain’ team is now following stringent new risk-based Health & Safety protocols for alert level 2. These protocols include PPE, which tasks are appropriate for this alert level, how to complete tasks under alert level 2 and a cleaning schedule to ensure vehicles and the workplace are clean and safe. Everyone working on-mountain, including contractors, is required to sign in via a digital portal each day so that we can contact trace if required in future.
Other employees are working from home where their role allows and our management team is meeting remotely to discuss scenarios for how we will proceed with the winter season.
As we look ahead, we are working with our suppliers to ensure good supplies of cleaning products and enhanced hygiene protocols are in place.
