If you have a Season Pass and restrictions around COVID-19 mean that we are not able to open at all, we intend to transfer your pass to 2021.
If you have a Season Pass and are not able to travel due to border closure/restrictions, we will either
- refund your pass (if you purchased a warranty) or
- transfer your pass at no cost to 2021 (if you did not purchase a warranty)
If you purchased a First Tracks upgrade, you are entitled to a refund or credit as First Tracks will not be available this winter. See this article for more information.
