If you have a Season Pass and are not able to travel to New Zealand due to international border closure/restrictions, we will either
- refund your pass (if you purchased a warranty) or
- transfer your pass at no cost to 2021 (if you did not purchase a warranty)
If you reside in Auckland and are currently unable to travel, a refund or transfer is not applicable at this stage due the timing of the restrictions.
If you purchased a First Tracks upgrade, you are entitled to a refund or credit as First Tracks will not be available this winter. See this article for more information.
