You will receive a link in your confirmation email to manage your booking(s). From here you will be able to change the number plate or arrival time of your booking, or remove your booking altogether.
It is essential that these details are up to date for your arrival, to avoid being denied access to the car park.
If you haven't arrived within 15 minutes of your specified arrival time, you will receive a reminder notification with a link to edit your arrival time. If your arrival time has not been updated and you have still not arrived within 30 minutes of receiving this notification, your booking will be cancelled and parking space released.
